How does the piece fit within the artists greatest body of work?
Tara uses everyday materials to sculpt an entire universe of the microcosm. She uses straws paper pins and much more to create landscapes of great depth.
What idea is the work trying to convey?
She works to the point that the material transcends itself to become something more. She conveys a type of gestalt idea through her work that creates a magical marriage of the macro and microcosm.
What is the scale of the work and how do you imagine someone interacting with it?
All of her works are untitled, her intent is to bring there raw experience to her work and feel what they feel from there own life.
How is the piece installed?
Push pins is installed by using a separate framed walls for the pins varying from 2’ by2’ to 5’ by 5’.

How does the piece fit within the artists greatest body of work?
He is a minimalist, using the very basics of lines and color to create his work. In his series of incomplete cubes hes uses less then the bare minimum to complete the cubes.
What idea is the work trying to convey?
I believe perception has a lot to do with this series. Communicating how things are seen and where and how to look to see what inst there.
What is the scale of the work and how do you imagine someone interacting with it?
The scale ranges from a small 1 square foot series, to larger 4 square foot series.
How is the piece installed?
The smaller series is installed on a platform with a 2d diagram of all the cubes hanging up. The larger works are installed in the middle of the room or outside with enough space to walk entirely around the object.

How does the piece fit within the artists greatest body of work?
A balance between chaos and symmetry is struck by the artists performance method in the movement of the body.
What idea is the work trying to convey?
A study of the human bodies movement and measurement within his repetitions of new shapes. Each line conveys a a record of his movement and scale. He uses repetition or movement to show a hidden intricacy in the dynamic and static human.
What is the scale of the work and how do you imagine someone interacting with it?
His scale is the size of the human body but extends from about 6 feet by 6 feet, i imagine it either being hung up or laid on the floor for people to walk around.
How is the piece installed?
Hung up on a wall framed and matted.
