Ancient Art

I really enjoy ancient works of art. I remember seeing these works at the MFA during my undergraduate studies.  I think that ancient work is remarkable for a number of reasons, its longevity for one, and the fact that the objects were made with little influence from so many other periods of art are just a few reasons.

There are many other examples of ancient works that I enjoy but I think seeing the Egyptian exhibit all of those years ago was really what got me truly interested in work from the ancient world.
