The

The site is located in the middle of the urban fold. On the border between Back Bay and Kenmore this is an area that houses many colleges and their students - it is a diverse population with an affection for a wide array of cultural elements as shown in the variety of foods offered across the street, the book stores, and music stores. It is very loud due to the proximity of I-90 and the incessant traffic on Boylston street. It is longer than it is wide which makes for an interesting site condition.
